Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the JADE by Deepsi Designer Boutique website. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of this website

This website is operated by JADE by Deepsi Designer Boutique. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.

2. Product availability and pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Certain items in our catalogue may be made-to-order or available for rental. Product listings will clearly indicate this. Made-to-order items have longer lead times; estimated timelines are shown on the product page.

We make every effort to display accurate stock levels, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

3. Custom and bespoke orders

Custom or bespoke orders (including personalised embroidery, alterations, or made-to-measure garments) require a non-refundable deposit at the time of order placement. The deposit amount will be communicated prior to order confirmation. The balance is due before dispatch.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before confirming your order.

4. Order acceptance and cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We may cancel an order if the item becomes unavailable, if a pricing error is identified, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and charges. We ship within India only.

8. Intellectual property

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
