We want you and your little one to love every piece. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return or exchange.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has its original tags attached.

How to start a return

Go to My Orders, select the order, and choose "Request return". Or reach out via our Contact page and we'll help directly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
