This Privacy Policy explains how JADE by Deepsi Designer Boutique (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you shop with us at our store or online.

• Shipping and billing address
• Order history and payment status (not card details — see Payment section below)

Your data is used solely to:

• Fulfil and deliver your orders
• Send you transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates, return status)
• Provide customer service and respond to queries
• Comply with our legal and tax obligations under Indian law

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

3. Third parties we share data with

We share your data only with the service providers that help us run the store:

• Razorpay — payment processing. Card and UPI details are entered directly on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant platform; we never see or store your card number.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, shipping notifications).
• Supabase — secure cloud database (EU region) where your account profile, orders, and address book are stored. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

We retain your order records for seven years as required under Indian tax law (GST compliance). Account profile data is retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion by contacting us at the address below.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Withdraw consent for any non-essential use of your data at any time

6. Security

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest in Supabase is encrypted using AES-256. We implement access controls and monitor for unauthorised access.
